Grisele Gonzalez is a Scenic Designer from Tijuana, Mexico, who grew up on the San Diego/Mexico Border. She studied and obtained an MFA in scenic design at Pennsylvania State University. Grisele discovered her true passion for scenic design when she began an internship with the Tony Award regional theater La Jolla Playhouse. Her design credits include, The Sins of Sor Juana, directed by Helen Hayes and Barrymore award-winner playwright Aaron Posner at American University,  Midsummer’s Nights Dream, Certified Organic,Chasing the Ghost, Mr. Burns a Post Electric Play and Legally Blonde at NJIT/Rutgers University, Las Azurduy at Brava Theater in San Francisco,CA, RENT at Yale University, Oyeme, the Beautiful at Imagination Stage in Washington D.C, The Shorts at Theater Row in NYC and Native Gardens and The Mommy in the Closet at Gala Hispanic Theater and more.
